              “匿名”投诉“德施曼小嘀智能锁”,要求道歉,退费,退货退款,修复故障,免费维修,其中涉诉金额1899元,目前投诉处理中。      
  消费者“匿名”在4月27日向黑猫投诉平台反映:“2019.11.11购买,2020年4月出现锁舌回弹不到位导致的门经常需要解锁两三次才能打开的问题,同月23日求助售后。售后推诿说是我门上有天地勾的问题。关于这个解释我认为不可理喻。第一、之前的几个月都是可以正常使用的。第二、商家宣传页面明确表示可无障碍联动天地勾,并作为卖点。现在出现锁的质量问题要求我拆卸掉门上的天地勾,我拒绝后,屡次沟通无果,寻求平台帮助。我的诉求是维修并延保或换新或退货退款。谢谢!”
